# Submitting to CCCURJ Flagship

## Before you apply

- All authors agree to [open peer review](https://cccurj.org/flagship/policies#review) and to publication under CC BY 4.0.
- Have a short cover letter ready. You may suggest or exclude reviewers.

## Process

1. A managing editor takes your application and invites at least two peer reviewers.
2. The managing editor accepts, asks for a revision, or declines with reasons. To revise, [post a new version](https://cccurj.org/help/replace) and answer the reports from your account.
3. Accepted work is published in the current volume with its reviews.
