• All authors agree to open peer review and to publication under CC BY 4.0.
• Have a short cover letter ready. You may suggest or exclude reviewers.

Process

1. A managing editor takes your application and invites at least two peer reviewers.
2. The managing editor accepts, asks for a revision, or declines with reasons. To revise, post a new version and answer the reports from your account.
3. Accepted work is published in the current volume with its reviews.
